The thought that you are not perfect always keeps you up at night, and even the most minor things make you anxious.

Being a failure is an emotion you constantly feel.

Worrying about your children and if you’re a good parent keeps you up at night.

Being with your friends and family is no longer as enjoyable.

You constantly want to be the supportive person in your relationships, but you don’t know how to let others support you.

You worry that you’re not confident enough, not understood enough, and are struggling to figure out who you are.

Those thoughts make you wonder, “What’s wrong with me?”

You feel like you are failing your family. At the same time, you want to feel accepted and cared for.

Overthinking everything in your life is beginning to have some adverse effects – such as the inability to sleep and irritability when connecting with friends and family.

Something is wrong. There is no relaxation, no clear plan to get to where you want to be, and an inability to connect with yourself – not to mention the lack of confidence and trust in your decision-making.

You long for change that results in stronger connections with your loved ones and a calmer and more centered relationship with your children.

Work has changed for the worse.

You want to feel comfortable and relaxed again with your peers rather than afraid and anxious – COVID has only increased your sense of social isolation.

Work has always been a source of comfort and grounding for you, even though in the past you felt good about your position as an executive; since COVID, you have been second-guessing your every decision.

Worries abound. You feel like a fraud at work and worry about losing your job, even though in the past, your performance at work was a source of self-worth.

You are afraid to talk to others about your feelings because you don’t want to seem weak or without value. If you had a magic wand, all your worry and anxiety would disappear, but you don’t.

About Me

Intuition guides my therapeutic approach.

As a therapist for ten years, I have successfully helped adults like yourself who have struggled in their daily lives find their way back to reaching their personal best and enjoying life again.

My approach includes meditations, breathing techniques, and affirmations.

I am certified as a Trauma Resolution Energy therapist. My goal is to compassionately guide you back to a place of healthy being and deep connection with yourself and others.

Away from therapy, I have many interests.

Outside the office, I enjoy connecting with nature through hiking and camping.

I enjoy giving my cat belly rubs and love everything related to music, especially a good karaoke night.
