Having peace and joy in your life is something you long for, but you only feel resentment and frustration. You wish they could hug you and express gratitude for what you do for the family.

If you could wave a magic wand, you would release your anger and resentment toward your spouse. You would remember why you got together in the first place and remember the love expressed instead of wondering what happened, but a lack of acknowledgment or an expression of thanks triggers resentment.
Once upon a time, you enjoyed spending time with him, and he would enjoy being with you. Now, the children sense something is wrong, creating strife within the family. Less fighting would make them feel better, calmer, and less anxious.

The right kind of therapy changed my life.
I understand because I was there myself. As far back as I remember, I was depressed, unhappy, and afraid, creating so much anxiety.
For many years I struggled with anxiety and depression, resentment, and anger. I was in talk therapy for many years. It was helpful, yet there were issues that I could not resolve with ‘talk therapy.’
In my search for answers, I randomly discovered Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET). My therapist helped me get to the root causes of my problems. Resolving those causes made me feel like a new person! I let go of my anxiety, anger, and resentment and felt joy and peace in my life again.
Finding a resolution changed my life dramatically. I understood why I hurt so much and what had happened to me.
Helping others overcome root causes is my mission.
I was so impressed with my growth and change that I wanted to receive training in TRET. Since then, I have been able to help others and have experienced joy in watching clients heal and grow daily.
I never stay awake at night, dwelling on hurt feelings, and I am grateful and happy knowing that my healing makes a difference in my world and will work in your world, too.

Here are a few personal notes.
In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy my three grandchildren, spending time with family, working in my garden, caring for my two cats (Willow and William, both rescues), cooking whole foods, skiing in the winter, and going to the gym.
Finally, I am at a place where my life is primarily complete and happy. I am so grateful to be here and now.
